    Torres de Suites is a short-term and long-term accommodation property located next to the JW Marriott Quito, operating independently. Some hotel services may be available for an additional fee and subject to availability. <\/p>\n

    1. Use of the Suite<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      • Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted inside the suites.<\/li>\n
      • Only guests listed on the reservation may stay in the suite.<\/li>\n
      • The property reserves the right to remove any unregistered additional guests.<\/li>\n
      • The reservation is personal and non-transferable.<\/li>\n
      • The suite must be used exclusively for lodging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Check-in: from 3:00 PM<\/p>\n

          • You must present an original ID at check-in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.<\/li>\n
            • Keys are to be returned at the Torres de Suites front desk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              1. No-Show Policy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                In the event of a no-show on the arrival date, one night\u2019s accommodation (including taxes) will be charged to the registered credit card, in accordance with the reservation terms.<\/p>\n

                1. Guest Conduct<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  he property may terminate the stay without refund in the event of:<\/p>\n

                  • Inappropriate conduct<\/li>\n
                  • Aggressive or illegal behavior<\/li>\n
                  • Excessive noise<\/li>\n
                  • Discriminatory behavior or harassment<\/li>\n
                  • Violation of property rules<\/li>\n
                  • Situations that jeopardize the safety of others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Guests must comply at all times with staff instructions and house rules.<\/p>\n

                    1. Pet-Friendly Policy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      Torres de Suites is a pet-friendly establishment. Pets are allowed under the following conditions: <\/p>\n

                      • Dogs and cats are allowed.<\/li>\n
                      • An additional fee will be charged for specialized cleaning.<\/li>\n
                      • The establishment may request a refundable security deposit, subject to verification of the condition of the suites.<\/li>\n
                      • Pets must remain on a leash or in a carrier in common areas.<\/li>\n
                      • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.<\/li>\n
                      • Pets must not cause noise or disturbance to other guests.<\/li>\n
                      • Pets are not permitted to use the establishment\u2019s beds, furniture, or linens.<\/li>\n
                      • Any damage caused by the pet will be charged to the guest.<\/li>\n
                      • The establishment may request the removal of the pet if it causes disturbances or damage.<\/li>\n

                          • Cleaning service will be provided at the frequency established according to the rate type or stay contract.<\/li>\n
                          • The guest must maintain adequate cleanliness and hygiene.<\/li>\n
                          • The establishment\u2019s staff may enter the suite for cleaning, maintenance, or inspection with prior notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            1. Property Damage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              • All property of the establishment must be kept in good condition.<\/li>\n
                              • The guest will be charged for any damage caused.<\/li>\n
                              • The property reserves the right to charge the credit card for damages even after check-out if the guest is found to be responsible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                  A security deposit is required in cash or via VISA or MASTERCARD credit card to cover potential additional charges.<\/p>\n

                                    This deposit will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the suite has been verified.<\/p>\n

                                    1. Valuables<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                        \n
                                      • Use of a safe is recommended.<\/li>\n
                                      • The property may offer safekeeping of valuables upon request and at an additional cost.<\/li>\n
                                      • The property may refuse to hold certain items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                          \n
                                        1. Liability for Belongings<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                            \n
                                          • The property is not liable for loss, theft, or items left behind on the premises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                                              \n
                                            1. Lost and Found<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                                                \n
                                              • Found items will be recorded and temporarily stored.<\/li>\n
                                              • Items may be picked up with identification or shipped at the guest\u2019s expense.<\/li>\n
                                              • Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of three months after the check-out date.<\/li>\n
                                              • Perishable items will be kept only until the end of the check-out day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                1. Allergies and medical conditions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                                          • The establishment is not liable for damage, theft, or accidents within the parking lot.<\/li>\n
