  1. Property Information

Torres de Suites is a short-term and long-term accommodation property located next to the JW Marriott Quito, operating independently. Some hotel services may be available for an additional fee and subject to availability.

  1. Use of the Suite
  • Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted inside the suites.
  • Only guests listed on the reservation may stay in the suite.
  • The property reserves the right to remove any unregistered additional guests.
  • The reservation is personal and non-transferable.
  • The suite must be used exclusively for lodging.
  1. Check-in y Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

  • You must present an original ID at check-in.

Check-out: by 12:00 PM

  • Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Keys are to be returned at the Torres de Suites front desk.
  1. No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show on the arrival date, one night’s accommodation (including taxes) will be charged to the registered credit card, in accordance with the reservation terms.

  1. Guest Conduct

he property may terminate the stay without refund in the event of:

  • Inappropriate conduct
  • Aggressive or illegal behavior
  • Excessive noise
  • Discriminatory behavior or harassment
  • Violation of property rules
  • Situations that jeopardize the safety of others

Guests must comply at all times with staff instructions and house rules.

  1. Pet-Friendly Policy

Torres de Suites is a pet-friendly establishment. Pets are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Dogs and cats are allowed.
  • An additional fee will be charged for specialized cleaning.
  • The establishment may request a refundable security deposit, subject to verification of the condition of the suites.
  • Pets must remain on a leash or in a carrier in common areas.
  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
  • Pets must not cause noise or disturbance to other guests.
  • Pets are not permitted to use the establishment’s beds, furniture, or linens.
  • Any damage caused by the pet will be charged to the guest.
  • The establishment may request the removal of the pet if it causes disturbances or damage.
  • The guest assumes full responsibility for their pet.
  1. Cleaning and Housekeeping
  • Cleaning service will be provided at the frequency established according to the rate type or stay contract.
  • The guest must maintain adequate cleanliness and hygiene.
  • The establishment’s staff may enter the suite for cleaning, maintenance, or inspection with prior notice.
  1. Property Damage
  • All property of the establishment must be kept in good condition.
  • The guest will be charged for any damage caused.
  • The property reserves the right to charge the credit card for damages even after check-out if the guest is found to be responsible.
  1. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required in cash or via VISA or MASTERCARD credit card to cover potential additional charges.

  • Damages
  • Deep cleaning
  • Pet odors
  • Lost keys
  • Violation of rules
  • Penalties for smoking inside the suite or in public areas

This deposit will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the suite has been verified.

  1. Valuables
  • Use of a safe is recommended.
  • The property may offer safekeeping of valuables upon request and at an additional cost.
  • The property may refuse to hold certain items.
  1. Liability for Belongings
  • The property is not liable for loss, theft, or items left behind on the premises.
  1. Lost and Found
  • Found items will be recorded and temporarily stored.
  • Items may be picked up with identification or shipped at the guest’s expense.
  • Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of three months after the check-out date.
  • Perishable items will be kept only until the end of the check-out day.
  1. Allergies and medical conditions
  • Guests must disclose any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to arrival.
  1. Safety and Hygiene
  • Guests must comply with the property’s safety and hygiene regulations. Any failure to comply is the sole responsibility of the guest.
  1. Parking
  • Parking is subject to availability.
  • The establishment is not liable for damage, theft, or accidents within the parking lot.
  • Parking is a benefit included in the reservation at no additional cost.
  1. Transportation
  • The transportation service is operated by third parties. The establishment is not liable for incidents during the transfer.
  • Payment for transportation must be made directly by the guest to the service provider,
  1. Force Majeure

The establishment is not liable for cancellations, delays, losses, or damages caused by events beyond its control, including, but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Flight cancellations
  • Civil unrest
  • Strikes
  • Government actions
  • Technical failures
  • Health emergencies
  1. Modifications

The establishment reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  1. Acceptance

By making a reservation, the guest declares that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in.
  • Late cancellations: 1-night penalty.
  • Non-refundable rates do not allow changes or cancellations.
  1. Long-Stay Policy
    • Monthly payments in advance.
    • Security deposit required.
